Each deployment triggered by a git push, manual redeploy, or preview rebuild runs one build job on a runner. Retries after failure count as separate builds. Wooven does not meter build minutes for billing — only a per-tier wall-clock safety cap applies (30 / 45 / 60 minutes).

BYOS (bring-your-own-server) runs builds and runtime on infrastructure you operate — VPS, bare metal, or on-prem. Wooven orchestrates deploys but does not resell that compute, and BYOS is unmetered on every tier. Managed compute uses Wooven-hosted runners. Trial and Hobby include managed runners under a fair-use policy (conservative concurrency, bandwidth caps — suitable for hobby projects and demos). Growth and Business unlock full managed compute, capped only by the per-tier wall-clock build limit. You can mix BYOS and managed pools per project on any paid tier.

Each tier includes a quota of custom domains (1 / 4 / 8 on Hobby / Growth / Business). Additional domains beyond that quota are 1 CHF per domain per month. TLS, renewal, and edge protection are included — no separate DNS or certificate line items.

The trial is 0 CHF for 7 days with 1 project, 1 seat, 1 environment, and 0 custom domains. No card is required to start. When the trial ends, the dashboard and new deployments lock until you choose a paid plan — your code and BYOS runners remain yours.

Wooven does not offer refunds. Monthly plans cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of the current month. Annual plans are non-refundable but you can stop renewal anytime from billing settings. We chose a no-refund policy over restocking fees to keep pricing honest and prevent abuse. BYOS deployments on your hardware are unaffected by cancellation.

Cancel from workspace billing settings (coming soon) or email support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your projects and data stay exportable; BYOS deployments on your hardware are unaffected.

Hobby includes 1 seat, Growth 2, Business 4. Additional teammates on any paid tier are 12.50 CHF per seat per month, billed prorated on your next invoice. Most agencies and small teams operate within the included quota; we sized the tiers from real usage patterns rather than padding upsells.

Compute and storage run on EU infrastructure (Infomaniak — Switzerland). Cloudflare sits at the edge for DNS, TLS, and DDoS mitigation, similar to other global platforms. Business tier includes an EU hosting guarantee in the DPA. BYOS and self-hosted paths can bypass Wooven's edge entirely.

Trial and Hobby include MCP read-only access — inspect projects, deployments, and logs from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Growth and Business unlock full MCP tooling: deploy, env management, rollbacks, and runner controls driven by your AI assistant. The open-source wooven CLI is unrestricted on every tier and does not require a paid seat.

Not yet for production workloads. Distributed compute across owned nodes is on the roadmap for every tier. Single-VPS orchestration ships today; multi-node mesh is tracked in the public roadmap. The comparison table marks this honestly so tiers stay truthful.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes prorate on the next invoice once billing is live. Moving up raises seat, project, and domain quotas. Downgrades respect new limits — archive extra projects or domains before the period ends.
